Who we are

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service is at the forefront of Canada’s national security establishment, employing some of the country’s most capable men and women. With careers over 100 specializations, ranging from analysts, intelligence officers and IT specialists, CSIS provides an opportunity like no other.

Our role is to investigate key threats, analyze information and produce intelligence used to advise the Government of Canada to protect our country and our citizens. CSIS focuses on threats such as terrorism, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, espionage, foreign interference and cyber-tampering affecting critical infrastructure.

Workspace

Our state-of-the-art National Headquarters building is located in the hub of Ottawa's east end, steps away from shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, and other services. We have our own fitness centre, a large campus with green space for outdoor activities, and organize a range of social activities.
