Position: Continuing Education Teacher - Personal Support Worker Program, Co-op Supervisor The successful candidate will oversee 10 students at a Long Term Care home in Lindsay, Ontario for the 2 week supervised clinical placement.

The role of the teacher will be to supervise, mentor and instruct students during their placements.Duration: The contract will begin on Friday Nov. 29, 2024 and will finish on Wednesday Dec. 18, 2024 In-Class orientation on Friday November 29 (9:00 am to 3:00 pm = 6 hours)

Placement from Monday December 2 to Wednesday December 18 (6:00 am to 2:00 pm = 8 hours daily)Remuneration: $50.98 per hour - total contract is for 110 hours

Qualifications: Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse. Preference will be given to applicants who are also Certified Teachers registered with the Ontario College of Teachers and those with experience in working in a long-term care setting.
