Reporting to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CIO), the Information Technology Services Coordinator performs a variety of support services to Information Technology Services, Vendors, and Staff.POSTING DETAILS Position - Information Technology Administrative Coordinator.

Location - Information Technology BuildingDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates communication and activities between vendors, and IT
Provides backup training and support for the student information system.
Coordinates higher-level support services for end users.
Responsible for maintaining inventory of assets .
Coordinates and executes the deployment and management of all district mobile phones
Coordinates the recovery of all company assets when employees are on leave, resign, or retire from the district.
Liaises between IT and HR to confirm and communicate the eligibility of device deployment.
Monitors Helpdesk ticket resolutions
Coordinates the shipping and receiving process of all district IT orders.
Maintains licenses and upgrade schedules.
Schedules appointments/meetings and maintains a calendar for the CIO, and IT managers.
Makes arrangements for departmental, committee, and in-service meetings including location selection and notifying participants.
Maintains record of departmental budget accounts and reconciles manager p- cards.
Reconciles monthly general ledger report for departmental staff .
Maintains adequate inventory of office/department and general supplies, ensures accuracy of incoming orders and submits discrepancy reports.
Responsible for the Apple App reconciliation and chargebacks.
Responsible for the departmental purchase orders.
Schedules appointments/meetings, including travel, food, refreshments, and room arrangements for staff including off-site preparations.
Registers staff and managers for conferences.
Maintains IT documentation and procedures.
Maintains absentee records for departmental staff.
Attends meetings and takes minutes as required.
Receives, sorts, and distributes in-coming mail.
Composes routine correspondence as required .
Answers inquiries and relays messages from staff, parents, and public by telephone or in person.
Performs other assigned comparable duties which are within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities required by this class specification.
Produces, files and maintains a variety of confidential and non-confidential materials such as correspondence, requisitions, reports, financial records, program expenses, forms , surveys and student applications.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A diploma in Business Administration including/supplemented with 70 w.p.m., bookkeeping and office procedures plus two (2) years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of the Student Information System
Ability to configure and manage Apple iOS devices.
Ability to work with constant interruptions and to meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of business English, punctuation, and spelling.
Proficient use of a wide range of computer applications, e.g., Excel, Word and Office 365 suite.
Ability to determine, judge, and select appropriate course of action within limits of established methods and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively using tact and discretion when handling contacts of a difficult or specialized nature to resolve problems.
Ability to maintain attention to detail for periods of sustained duration.
Working knowledge of technical terminology related to Information Technology Services.
Physical ability to perform the required duties.
