Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board is now accepting applications for Emergency Supply Workers to provide teaching coverage in Elementary and Secondary schools.

Employment Status: Temporary Casual, ending June 30, 2024.

Reporting to a school's principal, Emergency Workers support schools with student supervision in cases where a qualified replacement cannot be obtained. Emergency Workers are contacted for work opportunities on an as needed basis the morning of the assignment. Requirements: An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous experience working with children.

Experience or willingness to support students with special needs.
