S2223-96 Seasonal Labourers

The Northern Lights Public Schools Maintenance Department is seeking full time temporary employees for our seasonal labour/ground maintenance crews anticipated start date early May 2024 until late August 2024, in Lac La Biche and Bonnyville.

Northern Lights Public Schools have six (6) vacancies for the seasonal labour/ground maintenance crews, two (2) vacancy in Lac La Biche and four (4) in Bonnyville.

Responsibilities Include: General building maintenance and grounds keeping such as, mowing, weed control and painting

Adhering to all safety proceduresThe successful applicant must: Have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and dependable, with a strong work ethic

Demonstrate commitment to safety

Posses the ability to work well with others and/or on their own with minimal supervision

Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License

Be flexible to perform a variety of maintenance tasks

Have previous grounds care experience Preference will be given to applicants who: Are attending post secondary school
