QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Intermediate/Senior Divisions in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.

Preference will be given to applicants who are currently members in good standing with the Ontario College of teachers and possess a current Certificate of Qualification (Intermediate/Senior divisions). Candidates must have proficiency, both written and verbal, in Mohawk language. In addition, preference will be given to candidates who have attained intermediate level, both written and verbal, in Mohawk language according to the American Council on the teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) proficiency guidelines. It is also necessary to have working knowledge of the Haudenosaunee history and culture. Applications from qualified candidates will be considered in the following order:

Current qualified internal secondary part-time contract teachers, has to fit 2024-25 school-year timetable. Applications from current part-time contract teachers should be addressed and emailed to the attention of the respective school Principal.
