QUALIFICATIONS: Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Intermediate and/or Senior divisions, in accordance with Ministry of Education Regulations.Applicants will be considered in the following order: Current contract teachers who have their specialist or Honour Specialist qualifications in one or more of the subjects taught in the organizational unit

Current contract teachers who will have their specialist or Honour Specialist qualifications in one or more of the subjects taught in the organizational unit within two years of accepting the position.

External applicants who have or will have their specialist or Honour Specialist qualifications in one or more of the subjects taught in the organizational unit within two years of accepting the position.All applications are to include a complete resume of experience, qualifications, a copy of your current Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers, practice teaching reports or the most recent performance review(s), and the names of three (3) professional references, (as least one of whom must be a current supervisor/principal, if applicable).

Current contract teachers may apply directly to the principal of the school. External qualified applicants - the only way that applications will be accepted is through Apply to Education (ATE) website. The ATE website (https://granderie.simplication.com/) will facilitate the submission of the required documentation.

All applications will be subject to a screening process and some applicants may not be granted an interview.
