Supply Administrative AssistantThe Halton District School Board is currently using Apply to Education to recruit for Non-Teaching candidates and post jobs.

Supply Administrative Assistant Positions require a grade 12 diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of at least one year related experience.

Also required are:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Outstanding communication skills

Excellent keyboarding skills.

Expertise in the use of computer technology (e.g. word processing, email, spreadsheet applicants and internet applications). ,

Knowledge of Macintosh/IBM computers (Aspen, Windows, MS Office, ClarisWorks, Filemaker Pro and Desktop Publishing ) would be a definite asset.

Other assets for the job include:

Bookkeeping and budget skills

Flexibility and a positive attitude

Ability to multi-task

Ability to adapt to changing and different environments
