At the secondary school level the Culture and Academic Success teacher will track a range of data: attendance, passing/failing of academic courses, grad planning, and post-secondary planning for each student grades 10-12; this tracking would be in collaboration with the school counselling department. Based upon tracking, follow-up plans will be communicated, developed, and executed to support academic success.
