Desired Qualifications/Skills: It will be an asset to have:

Knowledge of teaching math and science at the junior high school level.

Ability to work in a team environment with staff and parents.

A base knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques.

Effective organization skills and classroom management.

Ability to utilize technology as an instructional tool.

An ability to design and implement Individual Program Plans for special needs students.

A willingness to participate in the school community beyond the classroom.

An interest in teaching a wide variety of electives.

A commitment to continuous professional growth and a strong ability to connect and build relationships with high school students.
