Clerical On-Call School District No. 46 is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Clerical On-Call team and to fill short-term temporary positions working in our schools and other district sites.

Successful candidates will have a Grade 12 education, a minimum of 1 year recent, applicable work experience in an office environment, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. The position requires the ability to multi-task and a high level of computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and various database programs. Accounting experience and/or coursework would be considered an asset as would an Office Administration certificate and/or coursework. Successful applicants will be expected to pass the School District's basic clerical test which includes an assessment of typing speed. Please include any transcripts with your application.
