Duties to commence April 15, 2024, and will continue until May 1, 2024 with the possibility of extending until the end of June 2024.

Qualifications:

Experience teaching English and Social Studies at the junior high level would be considered an asset

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Experience mentoring youth and supporting positive decision making Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment

Assessment literate

Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs Commitment to ongoing professional growth

Strong technology and 21st Century Learning Skills
