THE POSITION?

You will lead the grade 9-12 Lightning Athletics program in collaboration with Athletic Directors at the elementary and middle school campus.

You will implement a strategic vision to build an outstanding program at the AA and AAA BC School Sports level and other local sports organizations.

Your work will implement the school's mission, vision and core values through programs, intramurals, leadership and coaching development.

You will strive to make Jesus known and help students thrive as ambassadors of Christ in the community.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Eligible for teaching certification.

Experience of leadership or management (3+ years minimum) in an educational institution. Evidence of experience in Christian discipleship, high performance coaching and physical literacy.

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Course work or training in leadership, psychology and/or health sciences.

Evidence of exceptional communication and media technology skills, high capacity for complex tasks, and strong organizational and administrative experience in a variety of roles.

Evidence of strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in the local Christian church.
