This is ideally a full-time position starting in September, however, a part-time work pattern would also be considered. This position is suitable for early career teachers and qualified teachers with experience teaching English within a secondary setting who are passionate about their specialist subject and value innovation and creativity. You will be fully supported throughout this role and Hays specialist consultants will find you a new position at the end of the contract if necessary.What you'll need to succeed

A degree in English or a related subject

Experience of teaching English within a secondary school setting, which could include your teaching placements

A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

A positive and flexible attitude
