Position to Start for the 2024-2025 School Year

An opportunity exists for a dynamic, caring, and dedicated French Immersion educator in the role Junior High and High School French Language Arts, Social and a possibility of Physical Education. This educator will value: a strong focus on continual learning, growth, and excellence. This individual will have a strong grasp of the French Language and experience with Humanities curriculum. They will value and have knowledge of Middle School and High School Redesign philosophy/practice and will also be a positive team player who is collaborative. A student-centered paradigm, progressive assessment practices and background knowledge are traits this educator will need to demonstrate. The successful candidate must be aligned with the values and vision of CHHS and Medicine Hat Public School Division.

Crescent Heights High School has a student population of approximately 1200 students in Grades 7-12 and is located in the North Central area of the city. The CHHS learning community benefits from offering French Immersion and Middle School programming among many other student opportunities. CHHSs mission is Dedicated to Learning Committed to Community and is dedicated to preparing students for happy and successful lives as ethical citizens and engaged thinkers.
