As part of a progressive and innovative Educational Leadership Team, we are seeking a select number of Elementary Principals and Vice Principals for our eligibility pool. Education, Experience and Abilities Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum, Administration, or other relevant area; Consideration may also be given to candidates who are in the process of obtaining a Masters degree;

Valid Certificate of Qualification issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB) of the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care or eligibility for qualification;

Proven leader in current and innovative educational practices;

Knowledge of and practical expertise in program development and evaluation;

Pro-active approach to the needs, issues and problems in education;

Superior interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills;

Ability to plan and organize effectively;

Enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work as part of an accountable district-wide leadership team;Salary Range

Principal, Elementary - Annual salary range: $144,882 - $153,083

Vice Principal, Elementary- Annual salary range: $127,089 - $134,284
