The Student Services Assistant will assist Student Services Departments with administrative duties including data entry, inventory, electronic filing, reception, and preparation of materials.

Qualifications: Must be a post-secondary student enrolled full time in a Canadian college or university and must be returning to school on a full time basis for the next academic school year;

Good understanding and knowledge of office administration;

Proficient keyboarding, computer and word processing skills particularly in the Windows system environment using programs such as Microsoft applications;

Knowledge of basic office and financial procedures and practices;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Proven ability to gather and compile data accurately and efficiently

As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must provide a Criminal Background Check (CBC) with vulnerable sector screening current within six months of date of hire.
