Assignment: Full-time 1.0 Educational Assistant position

The ideal candidate will be a strong rapport-driven person who is willing to commit themselves to student success

The successful candidate will be working with a small group of students

Duties to commence August 31, 2023 and continue for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year

Qualifications:

Experience working as an Educational Assistant

Experience working in an outreach school setting

Ability to formulate strong and healthy relationships with students

This individual needs to imbue a trauma-informed approach to working with students

Working collaboratively with all staff to ensure the best possible educational experience occurs every day

Support teachers as needed

Need to be able to work in a high school environment with the majority of youth coming from at-risk environments.
