Assignment: Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary teaching position

Course load to include:

Math 30-3

Math 30-2

Grade 8 mathematics

Duties to commence May 6, 2024and continue for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year Qualifications: Experience teaching in relevant courses as mentioned above would be considered an asset

Strong background in Math curriculum would be considered an asset

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in an active, team-oriented learning environment and be a positive team member

Ability to teach in a flexible learning environment

Passionate about teaching and ensuring belief in every student

Ability to effectively integrate technology and an understanding of 21st Century Learning Skills

Assessment literate

Ability to use varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
