The Steward School seeks an enthusiastic and committed Coordinator of Auxiliary Programs to join our team of dedicated individuals providing exceptional care and experience for students, campers and the Steward Community. This is a 12-month, full-time, benefited position reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Programs, with working hours from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday Friday (schedule may vary in the summer).Job Responsibilities: Serve as a supervisory member of the Auxiliary Programs department to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the After School, Enrichment, and Summer Experience programming.

Assist with the development and implementation of programming that aligns with the Steward School mission statement and vision.

Draft related communications and marketing materials.

Assist with the direct supervision of students and campers.

Manage communications with auxiliary program participants and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Support and assist with the development and compliance of Auxiliary programs, policies, and procedures.

Assist with financial aspects of the program, such as billing, payroll, contracts, budgeting and purchasing.

Support and assist compliance with applicable state, federal, and other licensing/accreditation agency policies.

Assist with registration, attendance, and logistics of programming using management software/CRM platforms.

Assist in the hiring process, development, and training of all staff.

Assist with facility rental marketing and usage of the schools physical resources.

Qualifications: Associates, Bachelor's, or Masters degree (Education, Recreation, or Early Childhood Development) is preferred.

1-3 years relevant experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A collaborative and positive demeanor with strong classroom management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Drive; experience with Camp Brain or camp registration software is preferred.

Energetic, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
