ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is seeking applicants with Transportation Technology skills to fulfill this position. The individual may be a qualified Trades Teacher or a qualified tradesperson with a willingness to become qualified to Teach/fulfill this role. QUALIFICATIONS

Ontario College of Teachers certification with Transportation Technology qualifications; OR

A combination of post-secondary or apprenticeship program education and at least two years of work experience in a business or industry related to technology AND willingness and ability to complete the requirements for certification by the Ontario College of Teachers (see Registration Guide, Requirements for Becoming a Teacher Of Technological Education in Ontario for more information on the Ontario College of Teachers requirements for certification as a teacher of technological education.)

This position will be filled in accordance with the current OSSTF Collective Agreement.

Applicants must include, the name of three references and authorization for the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board to contact the references, and a copy of the Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of qualification.
