JOB POSTING MISC 23/24 08 Substitute Educational Assistants

(Must be available to serve all wards) Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools is located on the original lands of the Cree, those of Treaty 6, and on the homeland of the Mtis nation. Position: Substitute educational assistants are needed to work in St. Albert, Morinville and Legal.

Qualifications & Duties: Committed to being a model and witness to Christ-centered education values and beliefs.

Apply foundational knowledge about First Nations, Mtis and Inuit for the benefit of all students, and support the Divisions goals towards advancing Truth and Reconciliation.

Preference will be given to applicants who have: Completed the Education Assistant Program at MacEwan University or equivalent post-secondary training.

Experience assisting with children with diverse needs.

Non-violent crisis intervention, First Aid, and CPR training would be an asset.
