Pacific Academy is seeking a full-time Head of Facilities.

The Head of Facilities is responsible to ensure that all students, staff, and visitors are provided clean, safe, attractive, and healthy places in which to learn and work.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Operations, the Head of Facilities will organize, administer, and lead the facilities, grounds maintenance, custodial and security services teams in a proactive and service-oriented manner. Qualifications:

The successful candidate must: Have 5 or more years of relevant experience in facility management/maintenance.

Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience building and leading a team.

Have experience in project management or project management training.

Experience working with technology such as Building Automation Systems.

Have excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Be fluent in oral and written English.
