Build your skills and expand your HR repertoire as a key support to our Staffing team. Reporting to the Manager- Staffing, youll be an important team member performing administrative support for the Staffing team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE One (1) year of post-Secondary in Human Resources or Business Administration plus a minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably within the Human Resources field.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Teams)

Work with constant interruptions in a high paced, open-office environment, with minimal supervision

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Demonstrate tact, diplomacy, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Demonstrate flexibility with respect to juggling and meeting priorities, work schedule, etc.

Good research skills and the ability to compile and summarize information received

Proficient with PeopleSoftRESPONSIBILITIES Support the Staffing team

Perform routine data Entry in PeopleSoft

Administer assessments as required

Generate and updates job postings as required

Maintain committee minutes

Prepare and processes various correspondence including: memos, emails, appointment letters, etc.

Distribute and follows up on employee performance reviews

Maintain employee files/records both manually and via PeopleSoft

Assist with various activities, events, meetings and projects as required

Assume other related responsibilities as assigned

Ensure the appropriate preparation, completion, distribution and filing of HR documentation
