ABOUT St. Anthony of Padua School in Vancouver seeks a full-time elementary teacher commencing September 1, 2024. We are undertaking a renewal of curriculum guided by our Catholic Liberal Arts tradition (sometimes referred to as classical education) and are looking for teachers who love learning, have a well-formed and active faith and a desire for continued growth. We provide strong mentor support and opportunities to travel to conferences to teachers who are interested in growing in their knowledge of our amazing Catholic educational tradition. A strong background in literacy development is key. Participation in extra-curricular activities is also an area that is appealing to you. On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply.
