From time to time, in extenuating circumstances, this may not be possible. A Board registered Emergency Instructor may be called upon to cover a classroom in the absence of the classroom teacher.

What we require: Resume (upon applying)

Vulnerable Sector Police Check (required prior to starting in a school)Qualifications: Ontario Secondary School Diploma

Excellent communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

Experience working in a school setting is preferredWhat you can expect: Following a teaching plan left by the classroom teacher where possible

Maintain proper order and discipline in the teachers classroom, while on duty in the school and on the school ground
