The Position
The successful candidate must be self-directed team player who is interested in working primarily one-on-one with complex needs children in the classroom. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday at 6.5 hours per day following the school calendar. Duties to commence as soon as possible and will end June 27, 2025.
Qualifications: Experience working with complex needs and behaviorally challenged students would be an asset
Experience working with ECS students would be an asset
Preference will be given to applicants with an understanding of childhood development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and adults
Able to work as a member of the school team
Enthusiastic and motivated to help students succeed
SIVA Training would be an asset
First aid would be an asset
