Occasional Teacher Positions The John McGivney Childrens Centre School Authority, located in Windsor Ontario, is seeking to employ occasional teachers to work with students with physical and learning exceptionalities in a multidisciplinary treatment centre.

POSITION:?*occasional teaching in a multi-disciplinary treatment centre school?* teach students age 4 to 14 years with physical and/or learning exceptionalities?*teach students with a wide range of exceptionalities

DUTIES: ?*develop and implement individual educational plans (IEPs)?*assess/evaluate student performance and achievement?*work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team?*implement teaching duties as outlined in the Education Act?*responsible to the principal

QUALIFICATIONS:?*Ontario Teaching Certificate?*Special Education Qualifications (minimum Part 1)?*member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers?*minimum of two years teaching experience in community schools?*experience teaching children with significant special needs?*strong computer skills?*primary/junior qualifications?*music qualifications preferred

* fluency in Arabic is an asset
