(September 3- Toronto) No Experience, No Problem! The new Jobpostings.ca mobile app will help customize the job search for you! Now when young job hunters access Jobpostings.ca through its newly released app, all of Canada's top entry-level jobs, career videos, and job tips will be available at their fingertips.
The ability for students and recent grads to go on their phones and search a job board that exclusively offers the entry-level jobs, internships, and co-ops they are looking is a first in Canada, says Nathan Laurie, publisher of Jobpostings.ca. Jobpostings is Canada's largest online student job board, career lifestyle magazine, and campus recruiting network with a booming social media network that engages over 33,000 Facebook fans and 19,000 Twitter followers.
The Jobpostings.ca mobile app is available on the Google app store and will soon to be released on the Apple app store later this month. Overall, this new app makes searching for entry-level job opportunities a whole lot easier by making the process accessible everywhere.
We've been working on this project for a while now and we're happy that we can continue to innovate on behalf of students eager to enter the workforce, says David Tal, communications and project manager, Jobpostings.ca.
Today's announcement is just the latest in a string of initiatives that Jobpostings.ca is rolling out this year to support Canadian students. Since June 2013, Jobpostings has also relaunched its website, as well as GoToEvents, a free event management and promotional system now used by student organizations across the country.
